I was looking to buy a property in Playa Flamenca. I knew I had to have a bank account so one morning I popped into Banco Popular in La Zenia. Geoff & Liz were also there and said hello being the friendly couple they are. We got chatting and they were with an agent looking for a new property and they invited me to join their property tour. Afterwards they invited me back for a cuppa and a sandwich at their apartment in San Luis. The bonds were made my wife and I Cynthia became great friends with Geoff and Liz. When they retired to Spain Geoff would send us reports on the progress of our property build including photos. Geoff and I were always laughing together and we had some great times. At the funeral Liz said Geoff thought I was the brother he never had. That moved me deeply. I will never forget him. Rest in peace good friend..see you soon.
